His experience spans sailing yacht regattas, transatlantic races, and high-performance projects—from crewing on renowned yachts like Svea and Velsheda to contributing to innovative foil board design.
With a strong ability to interpret weather patterns and a deep understanding of meteorology and aerology, Jon Jon brings a strategic edge to every campaign. He has extensive experience in collecting and analyzing on-water data both during regattas and in pre-race phases, combining forecast modeling with existing datasets. Leveraging onboard systems and drone footage, he captures valuable performance insights that support informed decision-making.
With a background in naval architecture, composite work, and yacht design, Jon Jon combines hands-on craftsmanship with technical precision. He is also a seasoned kitefoil racer and paraglider, with a lifelong passion for hydrodynamics and aerodynamics that drives his performance both on the water and in the workshop.
