
ALICIA DE PFYFFER
Alicia De Pfyffer is a Swiss offshore sailor and one of the most promising talents in international sailing. She holds an Officer of the Watch (OOW) MCA certification (vessels up to 3,000 GT), commercially endorsed.
With over 35'000 nautical miles sailed, including multiple Atlantic crossings, she combines extensive offshore experience with a strong competitive mindset.
Alicia has built her career through a diverse sailing background, from superyachts to offshore racing circuits such as Figaro and Mini 6.50. Her results include top 10 finishes and leading female rankings in the Mini transat and french championship, aspiring to take on her next challenge; the Ocean Volvo race.
Alicia represents a new generation of offshore athletes: committed, versatile, and performance-driven.
In addition to her sailing career, Alicia is currently developing a new professional chapter focused on yacht management studies, while also working as a project manager for Khēmeía Racing campaigns, further expanding her expertise both on and off the water.

Offshore Racing Project – Maxi 6.50 “Wallabys”
Created and led an international offshore racing project over three years, from concept to successful delivery, including skippering, logistics, sponsorship
management, and refit coordination, partnering with companies such as:
Quantum Sails, Sika Marine, Makita, Bivial AG Private Bank, and Gottifredi Maffioli.

MINI TRANSAT
Completed the Mini Transat 2025, finishing 10th overall and first female.

Full refit at IMS Toulon: rigging, winches, windlass.

Sail training vessel (Cirdan Sailing Trust), 6,000 NM around the UK.

STP Palma shipyard period, Atlantic crossings, Caribbean, Northern Europe, and Mediterranean operations (7,500 NM).
Major 10-year refit project.

M/Y LIBERTY CALL 30 m (Benetti)
Deckhand-Commissioning of Liberty Call, followed sale preparation.
Acquisition of Northlander and refit at LMC Fort Lauderdale (full repaint, new teak, complete interior
